Within the front-office department, ensure the most polite and friendly reception and farewell of the guests according to the standards of the Sheraton brand.
Greet and say goodbye, open the door as well as carry the luggage, forward and accompany whenever necessary the guests to the room as well as give a brief description of the operation of the room and provide information regarding the services available. Whenever requested you should also perform driver functions for customers as well as for other simpler services.
Minimum 12th year or training in hospitality;
Like customer service;
Knowledge of the English language and preferably French;
Good presentation, friendliness and good humor;
