With more than 12 years of experience in hotel management, the professional has worked in renowned hotel units in different countries, such as the United States, France, Jordan, Maldives, China, UAE, Qatar and Portugal, consolidating her experience in the industry by adapting herself to different cultures.
Before joining Sheraton Cascais Resort team, Tânia Rodrigues was the Director of Operations at Lisbon Marriott Hotel and, between 2016 and 2018, she was in Doha, Qatar, where she served as Cluster Director of Operational Innovation at W Hotel & Residences. Years earlier, she stopped by the Sheraton Huizhou Beach Resort in Guangdong, China.
Tânia Rodrigues will be responsible for the operation of Sheraton Cascais Resort, ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the business, always complying with the high standards of service quality by which Sheraton brand is guided.
