Every Sunday from 12:30 to 16:00 at the Glass Terrace you can enjoy a menu consisting of:
Breakfast Board:
Variety of cheese, cold cuts, breads and vinoiseries; Pancakes, mushrooms, bacon and scrambled eggs;
Natural yogurt verrine with granola and red berries.
Board of entries:
Smoked Salmon Crostini with Creamy Cheese, Capers and Dill; Curd Crostini, Mushrooms and Truffle Oil; Tomato and mozzarella crostini; Octopus salad; Chips with Chipped Cod, Celery and Apple.
Hot Board:
Mushroom cream; Creamy sea rice; Chicken breast with rosemary sauce and baked potato; Variety of roasted vegetables of the season.
Dessert Board:
Glass of rice pudding and chocolate mousse; Opera Mini Cake; Mini Lemon and Raspberry Tartlet; Fresh fruit with yogurt and honey.
Drinks:
1 juice of the day; 1 tea or coffee.
