With spring coming, “Receitas com História” went to visit Microgreens' green vegetable and edible flower greenhouses. The ingredients picked by hand, at the peak of their freshness, are the perfect element to create a light and colorful recipe, as this season asks.
After roasting at 180ºC for 12 minutes, place the mushroom in the center of the plate
After baking the sweet potato at 150ºC for 45 minutes, peel and grind
Add salt, pepper and butter to the sweet potato puree
Boil the vegetables and sauté with butter and salt
Top it with the sweet potato purée and the baby vegetables
Season to taste and decorate with edible flowers
