The Sumol Compal factory was the chosen scenario for the “Receita com História” of April, dedicated to Easter. Nectars and juices, with freshly picked fruit aroma, are the perfect complement to a comforting and delicious recipe.
Creamy duck rice with orange:
Dice the shalotts and sauté in olive oil;
Add the chorizos and rice and refresh with orange juice;
Bake a cilinder of parmesan cheese at170º until dry;
Add the duck and the stock and mix;
Place the cylinder in the middle of the plate and top up with the rice;
Decorate with the remaining duck, chorizos and caramelized carrot;
Add the micro cress and a drizzle of olive oil.
