On July 10, between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM, the Glass Terrace restaurant will host an unprecedented dinner-concert, of a charity nature, with a view of the luxury Resort's majestic pine forest.
The show will be in charge of the Syndesi Group, in an ode to classical music, transporting Sheraton Cascais Resort to some great figures in musical creation, from well-known names to the general public, such as Beethoven and Schubert, or less famous ones, such as Fuchs or Dohnanyi.
The three special gastronomic moments will be accompanied by 3 different musical acts. While enjoying the first act, which opens with Beethoven, Dohnányi and Kodaly, participants will be able to taste a starter of White Fish Ceviche, Sweet Potato, Chilli Pepper, Coriander, Yuzu and Radish. The second moment, the most special of the night, combines an unprecedented delicacy – Pig Belly, Mashed Potato, Orange, Seasonal Vegetables, Pork Popcorn and its Jus – with works by Beethoven, Dohnányi and Fuchs.The third and final act will allow you to taste a selection of international cheeses with apricots, figs and nuts, to the sound of Schubert and Dohnányi.
The menu was prepared especially for this occasion by chef Pedro Rebelo dos Santos and will have Niepoort wine harmonization. The value of the dinner-concert is €100 for adults, €50 for children from 5 to 9 years old. Children up to 4 years old do not pay.
Participants of the dinner-concert will be able to make their donations to Somos Mais (UIP) which will revert to the local association Cercica, to support the quality of life and the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and disabilities, and the international institution Wakadogo, which aims to create a safe and stimulating environment for the intellectual, creative and physical development of the children of Acholiland.
