Sheraton Cascais Resort will promote healthy cooking classes over the next three months.
Thematic classes take place during a healthy brunch, served on Saturdays, at the Glass Terrace restaurant, at 12:30 pm, and last for about one to two hours. Mafalda Sena, the author of the blog ‘Senas Saudáveis’, opens the workshops on March 7, and will teach how to make ‘Practical bread without yeast and gluten’. On March 21, the class is signed by Inês Simas, Natural Chef & Health Coach, author of the blog 'Cru com Pinta' and the recipe book 'Cru, Carpaccios, Tártaros e Ceviches', who will explain how to make the best 'Fruit bowls (raspberry, açaí, and citrus)', betting, as usual, on the naturalness and original flavors of the ingredients.
Mafalda Almeida - nutritionist, author of the titles 'Gourmet em casa' and 'Superalimentos, refeições com mais vida’ 'and the blog' Loveat ', will be in charge of the class on April 4, to teach participants how to make 'Low carb recipes', ideal for those looking to lose weight and keep a healthier lifestyle.
To end the month of April and return to healthy routines, after the excesses of Easter, Mariana Abecasis, nutritionist and author of three books specialized in nutrition, one dedicated to the youngest, will teach the audience, on the 18th, to prepare 'Snacks low in carbohydrates and fat ', perfect for snacking during the day without guilt.
The month of May will feature two more workshops with different themes, signed by other personalities in the field of nutrition, which will be announced shortly.
Sheraton Cascais Resort's healthy cooking workshops are free, upon reservation of the healthy brunch menu (€ 29), available on Saturdays until 4 pm. On Saturdays without a workshop, the yoga class, included in the Healthy Brunch, is held at 10:30 am, in a room or in the gardens of the Resort, if the weather conditions are favorable. On Workshop days, the yoga class is not held.
