Brunch from Monday to Sunday

The Portuguese favorite meal will be available every day, at the Sheraton Cascais Resort, from September 14th. The iconic Brunch at the luxury resort, next to Quinta da Marinha, will be served from Monday to Sunday, between 12:30 and 16:00, in the Glass Terrace Restaurant, allowing guests and visitors to enjoy the last dives of summer at the resort pool.

Chef Pedro Rebelo dos Santos introduced some changes to the existing menu and, from now on, the Brunch menu differs from weekdays to weekends, always keeping typical breakfast delicacies, such as pancakes, mushrooms, bacon or scrambled eggs. The menus will always be updated here.

From Monday to Friday, becomes available a cold starters board that combines a cod salad with grain, a salad of three quinoas with seasonal vegetables and leek yogurt, and a Waldorf salad. This is followed by a hot board, whose options may change depending on the seasonality of the products, which includes Vegetable cream, Teriyaki salmon with celery puree and seasonal vegetables, and an exotic tandoori chicken with raisin rice. Finally, a dessert board is served, which includes a delicious apple crumble with rice pudding, chocolate brownie, and a refreshing fruit salad.

On weekends, the cold starters board features a sardine crostini and roasted peppers, fresh cheese crostini, mushrooms, and truffle oil, tomato, and ham crostini, a cured salmon and avocado salad, chicken caesar salad, and even an Asian vegetable salad. On the hot board, the Chef combines mushrooms cream, Fish pasta, and chicken curry with basmati rice. The desserts available on the weekend menu are: apple crumble, milk chocolate mousse, mini opera cake, lemon and raspberry mini tartlet, and fruit salad.

Children have a 'kids menu' at their disposal, with vegetable cream and bolognese linguini and, at the end of the meal, they can explore the Brave Kids playground, the Resort's space dedicated to the little ones, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. 

During the week, Brunch is available for €35/adults and €17.50 for children, from 5 to 9 years old, and at weekends, €49/adults and €24.50 for children (up to 4 years old children don't pay). On Brunch days, the restaurant's menu will be available only at dinner, and on Saturdays and Sundays, a Brunch reservation is synonymous with a lively afternoon with live music.

Customers must make their reservations in advance via email to guarantee their place, since the restaurant is now limited to capacity, to guarantee the required social distance.
